iCleaning is a premium dry cleaner’s. In order to meet the needs of the most demanding Customers and solve the most complex tasks, the company pays great attention to employee training.
For workshop foremen, we select advanced training courses, as well as specialized programs on modern equipment and chemicals, so that they always stay up to date with the latest achievements.
For administrators at receiving offices and other employees of the service unit, we regularly conduct trainings on communication, conflict resolution, stress resistance and other soft-skills so that they can build communication with our Customers as efficiently as possible and quickly find answers to any questions. All employees from the service unit speak English, which is an important factor for our Customers.
TRAINING
Continuous employee development is one of iCleaning’s top priorities. Our specialists regularly undergo internal and external training, as well as annually pass certification.
We follow the trends in the industry, so we select programs for the workshop employees not only to improve their qualifications and skills, but also to get acquainted with new products and technologies in the industry in order to remain the most modern company.
Another important department is the administrators of the receiving offices. The face of our company, because it is the administrators who interact with the Customers. For them, we conduct trainings on communications, conflict resolution, attitude to company standards, hospitality. The acquired knowledge helps them to provide premium class services, easily resolve the emerging situation and anticipate the Customer’s wishes.
MENTORING
For new employee, we create the most comfortable conditions for adaptation in the team. We offer a Mentorship program for all new administrators of receiving offices. For the first 2 months, a new employee is assigned a colleague with extensive work experience, who gradually introduces the newcomer to work in the company according to a specially designed training manual. Therefore, our administrators are competent to answer any question about the cleaning cycle of items, the equipment and means that we use, which means that they can provide the most complete information for our Customers.
